During setup you choose a small set of apps to be mindful of, then grant Screen Time permission. Vivero only receives the total daily duration for the apps you picked — never what you looked at, read, or posted. You can review or revoke this any time in iOS Settings → Screen Time.
The free plan covers the full core experience — goal tracking, your garden, badges, and a circle of friends — on up to 2 apps at a time. Premium removes that cap so you can track as many apps as you want. You can change your selection any time in Settings.
Yes — you choose your own goal during onboarding, in the units that make sense to you. Vivero never assigns a fixed threshold; what counts as "met" is entirely yours to set, and you can adjust it later in Settings.
Nothing is lost. Vivero tracks a weekly rhythm (like 5 of 7 days) instead of an all-or-nothing streak, and your garden's growth never goes backward. A missed day is just a day — coming back afterward earns its own recognition.
A free way to protect your rhythm on a hard day — no ads, no purchase required. Free accounts get one grace day a week; Premium gets two.
Ten, spanning a few different things — showing up consistently, coming back after a rough stretch, growing your circle, using a grace day, and simply sticking around. You'll see each one the moment you earn it.
Not unless you choose to. Sharing is opt-in and, by default, only shows your plant's stage or that you "grew today" — not exact minutes. There's no public leaderboard.
Not currently, by design — it keeps the circle low-pressure and reduces the surface for harassment.
Settings → Restore Purchases. This only runs when you tap it — Vivero never restores purchases automatically in the background.
Settings → Delete Account. This is separate from signing out, asks for confirmation, and permanently removes your account and its associated data. See our Privacy Policy for what's retained by Apple independently (like transaction receipts).
Email us what you were doing right before it happened, your iPhone model, and your iOS version. A screenshot helps a lot if it's visual.
